The Season of Ripening.
Preparing for birth from the inside out
Real birth prep isn’t in the books. It’s in your body. Through nervous system tools and embodied practices, I help you build confidence, trust, and the inner resources you’ll actually call on in labor.
How to actually prepare
for your birth
After three years of supporting births, I started seeing a pattern: most people weren’t actually prepared for labor. They had read the books, taken the classes, packed the hospital bag — but when contractions started, all that info flew out the window.
The truth is, labor doesn’t follow a plan. Birth asks for your presence, not your performance. My approach is different. It’s not about controlling labor — it’s about preparing your body and nervous system to meet it. I help you build the skills that don’t come in a workbook (the kind that actually serve you when it gets real!).

Testimonials,
told by real moms
My approach is relational – I don’t believe in one right way to prepare for birth. Instead, I meet you where you are in life, in your body, and in your needs. Together, we build the kind of support that helps you feel steady, confident, and ready for what’s ahead. My goal is to help you prepare for birth in a way that’s grounded, flexible, and real . Whether we’re working 1:1, gathering in circle, or walking into the birth room together, I hope you feel held.
